Let's get it started

After long consideration and several requests, I have finally decided to break down and start a blog.  I do have several friends who are no longer on facebook or have moved away so it will be good for them.  My life is not that interesting so if I bore you to death, I apologize ahead of time.  Bare with me until I get the hang of this folks...it should be interesting!
