Hello Third Trimester!

Was it just me people or was Monday morning especially rough?  Between the nasty rain and my longing for coffee (really missing that stuff) it took me forever to get going.  Luckily I stopped by the hubby's work and he just so happened to have a venti white chocolate mocha from Starbucks and I had to have a few sips!

This is me at 28 weeks which rings in my third and final trimester!  When I say December 9th, it seems so far away.  But when I realize I only 12 more weeks...that seems really close!  My doctors appointment went great and everything is right on track.  Praise the Lord for the wonderful pregnancy I've had so far!

TO ME!!!!

My Birthday was this past Saturday (the 17th) and I had a great celebration of the 6th anniversary of my 21st birthday!  Yeah trying to be discrete there people!  My mother-in-law and I went to the Parade of Homes in Bowling Green and after 5 houses, I was pooped.  Later that night my wonderful husband got a group of friends together to celebrate with us at PF Chang's.  I think Bronx was a little agitated because I laughed so much and so hard my belly was bouncing around all night!  For everyone who was able to make it, thanks for coming and making my birthday so much fun!  For those of you who couldn't make it, I completely understand and I still love you too!

I've been wanting to buy TOMS shoes for a really long time.  For some reason I have never broke down and invested in them but thanks to my sister-in-law she hooked my up for my birthday!  Mine are the ash canvas and I be loving these shoes!  Super comfy and I've decided I will be investing in some more!

Sorry it's been so long between posts but work has been CRAZY lately so I haven't had a good chance to sit down and update it.

Looking forward to hump day,

Random? Yes I think so!

So apparently September has welcomed not only my upcoming birthday (just making sure you guys don't forget) but my allergies have also decided to make an appearance.  Ethan and I both are snotty, sneezing messes!  Tissues Please!

Speaking of my birthday, this must be the pregnant girl coming out in me but all I told the hubby I knew I wanted was PF Chang's!  I have been craving some lettuce wraps like nobodies business!

Who's Hungry???

I go back to the Dr. Friday and I will post a preggo pic for you guys to see.  I'm sad you won't be able to get the full affect though because he has been going crazy for the past couple of days.  My belly will just jump and roll!  It's hilarious to watch and one of the most amazing things to feel.  I've decided that this will be one of the things I will miss most about being pregnant.  Getting up 3-4 times a night to go pee, not so much!

Sorry for being so random, but sadly this is how my brain works sometimes!

Weekend Update

My weekend started off a little out of routine.  My brother and sister in law Adam and Kristie aka my land lords (I'll save that explaination for another day) left to go to St. Louis for the weekend.  Which meant Aunt Ashley had to step up her game!  I was in charge of the girls Thursday and Friday.  How could I say no to these precious faces???

This meant picking Kinley up from school, taking her to cheer leading practice and her game then the routine of supper, bath time and bedtime.  Normally this wouldn't have intimidated me but, I was out numbered.  Ethan had to coach a football game at 7:30 so I was left to take on a 5 year old and 2 year old all alone.  Thanks hubby!  Things actually went really, really well!  I can't complain at all, the girls were great!  But needless to say, on Friday afternoon, after taking Kinley to school, playing with Addison, and picking Kinley back up...this preggo girl was tired!!!  This definitely gave me look at how my life will be in  a couple of years.  I know you get use to it, but a big YOUR AWESOME to my sister in law and all the other moms who do it every day.  And FYI be expecting phone calls from this amateur in the near future.

The rest of the weekend was pretty low key.  Saturday Ethan and I ran around in Bowling Green looking for me some new fall maternity clothes.  I was successful!  That night we were invited by Annie and JP to go eat at The Depot in Springfield, TN and as always it was Yum-O!  If you've never been there, you should definitely make the trip.

Sunday we started the morning off by watching some of the coverage of 9/11.  It's crazy that it's been ten years.  I can remember sitting in homeroom my senior year like it was yesterday and hearing the news.  My heart goes out to all of those affected by that terrible day.  After church and lunch it was nap time for me....Shocker!  The land lords returned late Sunday afternoon and it's back to the regular grind of the work week!
Btw, did I mention that my book club is back together and I couldn't be more ecstatic!  Beth picked September's book,
Did I mention that I haven't even started it?  Yeah I know, I'm a slacker!!!

Let's get it started

After long consideration and several requests, I have finally decided to break down and start a blog.  I do have several friends who are no longer on facebook or have moved away so it will be good for them.  My life is not that interesting so if I bore you to death, I apologize ahead of time.  Bare with me until I get the hang of this should be interesting!

With Love-
